Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through live chat, social media, and website interactions. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving simple problems, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly demeanor will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, social media, and other online platforms

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to customers
  • Help customers find the information they need and process their orders successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and guidelines provided by our team
  • Utilize our Squarespace platform and other tools to manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and follow instructions and guidelines provided by our team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients' needs

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Squarespace or other website platforms

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
