Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.   • Order Processing: You will assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and efficient.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Eligibility Requirements

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is mandatory to apply for this role. However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
