Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer-related inquiries. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong background in customer-facing roles, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process claims, benefits, enrollment, and other customer-related tasks
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must score an 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* Call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Medical background (an asset, but not required)
