About the Role
We're seeking an experienced licensed pharmacy technician to join our Customer Relations team as a Work From Home (WFH) agent. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values. Your primary goal will be to delight our valuable pharmacy customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and upholding our goals of delivery through execution.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and proficient manner, reflecting arenaflex's purpose and values
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner
- Utilize excellent communication skills to review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service
Requirements
* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
- Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
- Proficient to advanced PC skills required, including MS Windows-based applications
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery
- Bilingual Spanish
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour to start, with earning potential up to $31.30 per hour
