What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting Members with Pharmacy Benefit Plans: You'll provide exceptional support to our members, answering their questions and resolving their concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans.
  • Providing Information on Prescription Insurance and Medication Coverage: You'll be the go-to expert for information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring our members have a seamless experience.
  • Receiving Necessary Training: arenaflex invests in your growth and development, providing comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

What is Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 Year of Experience Interacting with Customers: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience interacting with customers.
  • Computer Proficiency in Windows-Based Applications: You'll be comfortable using Windows-based applications and have a strong understanding of computer systems.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to Problem-Solve in a Positive, Productive Manner: You'll be able to think critically and approach problems with a positive, productive attitude.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: You'll possess excellent customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have:

  • At Least 6 Months of Healthcare Experience: You'll have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and be able to provide valuable insights and expertise.
  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience: An associates degree or equivalent experience will demonstrate your commitment to education and professional development.
  • Comfortable Relating to Customers in a Patient, Helpful Way: You'll be able to build strong relationships with our members, providing a patient and helpful approach to customer service.
  • Reliability and Compliance with Scheduling Standards: You'll be able to meet scheduling standards and demonstrate reliability in your work.
  • Ability to Exhibit Patience and Empathy and Express Assurance and Confidence: You'll be able to provide exceptional support to our members, exhibiting patience and empathy while expressing assurance and confidence.
