The Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service to our customers over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing above-and-beyond customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
- Becoming an expert in arenaflex's internal management system, efficiently processing sales orders and maintaining customer relationships
- Utilizing our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identifying trends and pain points in our work, brainstorming solutions to improve each customer's experience
- Collaborating with the CX team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
