Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to lead our strategic insights and customer support initiatives. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decision making

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute data science projects, including data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within arenaflex
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external partners to drive business growth and inform strategic decision making
• Manage budgets and financial plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within arenaflex, and encourage staff to think creatively and take calculated risks

Essential Capabilities

* Experience with data science and analytics tools, including SQL, R, Python, and Hadoop

• Proficiency in data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and financial plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
