Job Description

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and product information. You will utilize various tools and resources to find solutions quickly and effectively, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Your ability to empathize with customers and provide them with timely assistance will not only help in resolving their concerns but will also enhance their overall experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges following company guidelines
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
