Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Utilize technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, empathetic tone
- Proven track record in customer service, delivering outstanding customer care and resolving complex issues
