What to Expect

As a Customer Service Representative - Non-Profit Scholarship Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support to callers needing assistance with scholarship applications, awards, and other related inquiries
  • Addressing a variety of customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least one year of customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication

  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
