Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their loved ones. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations, and conducting discussions with members of unions who request our benefits
- Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and their loved ones
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring quality assurance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, establishing consultations and conducting discussions with clients and their loved ones

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their loved ones
- Exceptional customer service and/or consumer sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams, including all levels of management and staff
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
