Job Summary

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, video calls, and live chats. You'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video calls, and live chats

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements

Key Qualifications

* 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)

  • High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
  • Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments

Technical Requirements

* CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors

  • Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max
  • OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • Home office set up with ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • Desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll receive:
