Key Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the main point of contact for our independent B2B customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to all enquiries, requests, and issues from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing customer relationships, including arranging promotions, sending information and samples as needed, and helping manage the client's product catalogue
• Processing daily orders to system and working with the Warehouse team to ensure goods are shipped on time
• Planning the week's shipments with the Logistic Team to ensure seamless delivery
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, order processing, and shipment tracking

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience within the wholesale sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both on the phone and in email writing
• Understanding of logistics/import/export in international markets
• Target-driven and determined approach, with a strong sense of helping customers find the right solutions for their business
• Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working in the fashion industry
• Knowledge of wholesale market trends and customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
