Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in evaluating the functionality and customer experience of new technology, providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, and collecting customer feedback to quantify the impacts of new technology. Your expertise will help drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the shopping experience for arenaflex customers. With approximately 50% travel domestically, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and customers, expanding your professional network and skills.

Core Job Tasks

* Evaluate the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, ensuring seamless integration and optimal user experience

  • Provide technical and CX feedback to development teams, driving improvements and enhancements to arenaflex's products and services
  • Visit customer sites and deploy new technology, ensuring smooth implementation and effective training
  • Collect customer feedback and quantify the impacts of new technology, providing actionable insights to inform product development and improvement
  • Summarize results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, showcasing the effectiveness of new technology and areas for further improvement

Essential Qualifications

* A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution

  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science

  • Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL
  • Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies and project planning

Contract Details

* Contract Length: 11 months

  • Location: Remote (with approximately 50% travel domestically, so best to be near a main US airline hub)
  • Pay Range: $38 - $42 per hour
