The Role
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Handling order status updates, shipping damage claims, and vendor communications

Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
