As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Ensuring all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
- Scheduling customer appointments for the service drive.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
