Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media and Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and engaging with customers on various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Assisting in managing social media content and campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Tracking and reporting on social media metrics and customer feedback to inform future strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and engaging
  • Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and ensure continuous improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or social media management

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to track and report on social media metrics
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer service, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
