Job Description
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. You will work closely with managers and employees to support a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into Amazon systems accurately and efficiently
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars to ensure seamless communication
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records up-to-date
- Organize managers' calendars to ensure efficient use of time
- Perform market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Create presentations as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with little supervision
- Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
