Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Call Center Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or chat, providing problem resolution and support in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
  • Analyzing customer service needs and communicating with service and technical departments to resolve issues
  • Maintaining detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients
  • Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases
  • Escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced customer service representatives or designated departments
  • Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients
  • Adhering to established documentation and processes, as well as online manuals and specific client training requirements
  • Working hours as assigned, including nights and weekends, and being available to work all shifts, including those outside of regular business hours
  • Being on camera during work hours, as required

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of call center experience, either remote or onsite
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems and other relevant applications
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Desired Skills and Capabilities:

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks

  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes
  • Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making
  • Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments
  • Works under close supervision
