The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via our digital platforms, answering their queries, guiding them through our products or services, and fostering positive relationships. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via chat-based tools like Facebook Messenger, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Guide customers through our products or services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings and how to get the most out of them
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through every interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support

Requirements:

* A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection

  • Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively in writing
  • No prior experience in live chat support is required – we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in live chat customer support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
