The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via chat-based tools like Facebook Messenger, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
