Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional manner, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair, efficient, and professional manner
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with the outcome
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service procedures and processes

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing technologies
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and efficiently, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
