Product Knowledge

Feedback and Improvement

* Collect customer feedback and insights to identify trends and areas for improvement in products and services. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Training and Development

* Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. * Share knowledge and best practices with fellow team members to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Quality Assurance

* Uphold company standards by managing service levels, accuracy, and adherence to policies and protocols. * Review interactions periodically to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and customer engagement. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, preferably in a technology-focused environment. * Familiarity with online support tools and platforms; knowledge of arenaflex products is highly desirable.
