Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation, providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, and advising clients on other products and services that may fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal client experience and customer service
- Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts
- Advise clients of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive client interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
