Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and personalized assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat

• Verifying freight and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and correctness
• Correcting items on purchase orders and ensuring that problem freight is accounted for and keyed
• Moving problem freight manually or with powered equipment
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 6 months of experience with arenaflex Logistics, including clerical-related responsibilities and computer application usage

• 1 year of experience developing files, documents, spreadsheets, and datasets using computer applications (e.g., MS-Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
