Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our esteemed team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Following an initial 3 weeks of comprehensive on-site training in Tampa, Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life with ease. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication across departments, and addressing billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries: Welcome new customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.

  • Ensure seamless communication across departments: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently, providing timely updates and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently: Utilize our ticketing system to manage billing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and providing clear explanations to customers.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and urgency: Demonstrate our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.

Required Skills

Strong customer service orientation: Possess a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in managing billing inquiries: Familiarity with ticketing systems and the ability to manage billing inquiries efficiently.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (advantageous): While not required, bilingual skills in Spanish can be beneficial in serving our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support (preferred): Familiarity with the industry and previous experience in supporting customers with similar needs.
  • High School Diploma or GED: Required education qualification.
