Key Responsibilities:
As an International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting arenaflex's products to direct consumers through outbound sales efforts, including initiating calls, acting on leads, and identifying travel needs
- Building and maintaining quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, and identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing consumers, including maintaining consumer prospect lists and contact databases to identify client travel trends
- Acquiring in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate arenaflex's product features, benefits, pricing, and make recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products
- Participating in daily team meetings and sales training to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to direct consumers
- Participating in department-approved mass email campaigns targeting specific guests' profiles
- Performing other job-related functions as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Cruise sales experience a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with direct guests on the telephone and internally
- Strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products, including the current fleet and ship itineraries
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-energy sales environment that is goal/quota driven
- Adherence to strictly enforced dress code required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in any language other than English
- Experience communicating with guests/clients via live chat
- Availability to work a late night/early morning shift, including weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary range: $24,960 plus individuals may be eligible to participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement
Schedule:
* 8-hour shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Overnight shift
- Flexible schedule with the possibility of working a late night/early morning shift, including weekends
- Availability to work any possible hours, including split shifts
