Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients with claims, creating new records, and performing data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients with claims, providing empathetic and informative support

  • Complete a simple intake questionnaire for each claimant, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation
  • Create new records for each claimant, utilizing strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with basic administrative support, as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to arenaflex's high standards

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center customer service, front desk reception, or client intake role

  • Strong background in data entry, with excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information over the phone
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to navigate complex systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance industry, with knowledge of claims processes and procedures

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations
