You will be responsible for handling high-volume, automated humanized conversations with our top clients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with consumers.

Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound messages via our chat room, utilizing point-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses, and creating ad-hoc responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with industry regulations
  • Escalating conversations to leadership when necessary
  • Documenting frequently asked questions for continual improvement
  • Maintaining 98% or above accuracy in response handling
  • Meeting a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked
  • Participating in other projects as assigned

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound messages in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing canned responses and creating ad-hoc responses as needed

  • Utilize industry knowledge and regulations to ensure compliance in all interactions
  • Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, providing clear and concise information
  • Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in response handling, meeting or exceeding the 98% target
  • Meet or exceed the Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked
  • Participate in other projects as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high standard of excellence and perfection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans
  • Professionalism in all interactions, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with writing responses to consumers in a real-time, chat-based environment

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Strong internet/WiFi connection, with a reliable and fast connection speed
  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and chat platforms
