Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to provide quick and accurate assistance to resolve their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
  • Building Relationships: Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
  • Responding to Customer Queries: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Promote interest in client products and services.
  • Portraying a Positive Image: Continually portray and project a positive and professional image.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
