The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements
* Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing industry
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer support role
- Knowledge of the travel industry and its products and services
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
