What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, from package pickup to delivery
- Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating concerns to senior team members when needed
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business and drive innovation

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Customer Care Associate

- The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications with ease
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- The ability to listen attentively to customer concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
