Remote Care Advocate - Customer Experience - Full Time Phone-Based

- Passionate about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
- An individual with at least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices
- Someone with demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
- Motivated to help others and aligned to our organizational mission and vision
- Excited about being the first point of contact and connecting individuals with the support they need to thrive
- Focused and determined, optimistic, and creative
- A college graduate or have an Associate's degree in a customer-related field
- Interested in working remotely and reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI.
What you'll do
As a Remote Care Advocate, you'll:
- Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements
- Work closely with a collaborative team of people who want to change the world
