Key Responsibilities:
As a remote cargo agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing and managing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry
- Adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols
- Working a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings, to accommodate our global operations
