Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence, ensuring efficient, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer transactions
• Processing product orders and responding promptly to customer requests, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and credits
• Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow about sales, promotions, and problems, ensuring accurate billings and shipments
• Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
• Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• To be at least 18 years of age
• To be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
