Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Team Leadership:

Customer Relationship Management:

Performance Tracking:

Complex Problem Resolution:

Customer Feedback Analysis:

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will need: -

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 8 years in customer service management or a related field, preferably in a technical or complex environment. -
