Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our passengers receive top-notch assistance and support, making their journey with us extraordinary. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with bookings. You will also handle a diverse range of customer concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and general travel information.

  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.

Working Hours

* Flexible scheduling options available, including full-time and part-time positions.

  • Rotating shifts may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
