A Day in the Life of a Live Chat Support Specialist

As a live chat assistant, you'll be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions with precision and patience
  • Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers
  • Resolving complex technical issues with ease and expertise
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
