Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our evening shift team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to engage with customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote customer service environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Equipment Requirements

* Must provide a working Windows, iOS, or MAC computer and headset (CANNOT be a tablet or Chromebook)

  • Internet Speed: 50 upload/10 download
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
