Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Support Representative to join our STAT Team in [Location]. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will work closely with our customers to resolve routine requests, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients to resolve routine customer requests
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Providing additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and strong flexibility to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • A courteous and customer-centric approach to service delivery

Schedule

The schedule for this position will be Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM PST. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of our employees and ensure that they have a healthy work-life balance.
