As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer applications efficiently and accurately: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and it's essential that you're able to process their applications quickly and accurately.
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally and providing relevant information: Our customers expect a high level of service from us, and it's your job to ensure that they receive the information they need in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customer records are accurate and up-to-date, which is critical for providing excellent customer service.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action based on account status: You'll need to be able to analyze customer accounts and take action when necessary to prevent any issues from arising.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain expected performance levels: As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be juggling multiple tasks at once, and it's essential that you're able to maintain your performance levels under pressure.
  • Utilizing strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues: You'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to customer problems.
  • Operating basic Microsoft Office and Email systems effectively: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems to perform your job duties.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision: As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be working independently for much of the time, and it's essential that you're able to manage your time effectively and work with minimal supervision.
  • Displaying strong interpersonal skills and maintaining a positive teamwork ethic: You'll be working closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and it's essential that you're able to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exhibiting attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities: As a Data Entry Clerk, attention to detail is critical, and you'll need to be able to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Adapting to a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business: You'll need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position: You'll need to have experience in a data entry role or similar position to be considered for this opportunity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications to perform your job duties.
  • Proven ability to perform scanning and typing tasks with accuracy: You'll need to be able to perform scanning and typing tasks with accuracy to ensure that our customer records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification to be considered for this opportunity.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous: While knowledge of the insurance industry is not essential, it would be advantageous for this role.
