Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
- Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with customers and stakeholders
- Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
- Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth
- Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Care Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

Must be a US or Canadian citizen
