Schedule Requirements

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your needs. However, we do require that you be available to work between the hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. This will allow you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
  • Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing customer portfolios
  • Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
  • Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
  • Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
  • Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
  • Recommending process improvements where applicable
  • Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services.

Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
  • An energetic and self-motivated approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility and agility, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team
  • Problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to resolving complex issues
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
