Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism.
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promoting arenaflex's products and services in a way that resonates with our clients and fosters long-term relationships.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding established standards for the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times, both online and offline.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications
