Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students across the globe through chat, email, and phone.
- Guiding students through the enrollment, onboarding, up-sell, and return/refund process.
- Multitasking and problem-solving efficiently across technological platforms.
- Troubleshooting issues and communicating potential solutions with customers and internal teams as needed.
- Collaborating with other Support Representatives to expand the support experience for each of our brands.
- Assisting in transitioning all new brand information into the arenaflex template and system.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective support to students through various communication channels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brands, products, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the student experience.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment that fosters growth and innovation.
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the technology space.
- Exceptional communication skills and an innate ability to encourage even the most frustrated and confused customer.
- Ability to motivate customers and encourage them deeper into their hobby through coaching and upselling.
- Proven ability and willingness to problem-solve at a systemic level.
- Access to high-speed internet and ability to meet with coworkers via video chat.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling.

* Location: Remote, with occasional on-site gatherings in Indianapolis for training and community events.
- Current Shift Availability: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8pm + Friday 2pm-5:30pm EST. Holiday coverage and occasional weekend shifts required.
