Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using our Knowledge Base.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics, meeting or exceeding our customer service standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, providing a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and live chat.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize our chat platform.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
