Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to hundreds of customers each week. You will work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, upsell and cross-sell products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including CRM software and other tools
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams and work collaboratively to resolve issues
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center or similar environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $12.10 - $16.10 per hour

Physical Requirements

* This job operates in a professional office environment

  • The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
  • The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer
  • The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
