Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data related to supply chain operations, including inventory, orders, shipments, and supplier information, into our database systems.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any discrepancies or errors.
• Maintain and organize digital files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to data management protocols.
• Generate basic reports and summaries from supply chain data as required by management or other departments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) to clarify data points or resolve data-related issues.
• Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security policies.
• Assist in the development and improvement of data entry processes and tools.
• Manage time effectively to meet daily data entry targets and deadlines in a remote work environment.

Required Skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent data entry speed and proficiency (e.g., 50+ WPM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data manipulation, formulas)
