Chat Support Representative
Job Description:
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while demonstrating a strong understanding of company products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and overall service quality.
- Assist in training new team members on chat support protocols and best practices.
- Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with management to develop proactive solutions.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
