Key Responsibilities:
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home, navigating multiple systems, and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
- Providing top-notch support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when necessary
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet performance goals
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Windows and keyboard navigation
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- Competitive hourly rate of $14.00 per hour, plus upsell commission
- Shift premiums of $0.50 per hour for shifts between 4:30 PM and midnight, and $0.75 per hour for weekend shifts
