Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat channels
- Collaborating with the Dealer Administration Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving overall team efficiency and quality
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and executing tasks to increase efficiency and quality
